Exhibit Space includes:
- 10'x10' tented space
- One 8-foot table ($10 each for additional tables)
- Two folding chairs ($2 each for additional chairs)
- One sign identifying your organization's exhibit
- On-site assistance unloading/loading exhibit materials
All Festival exhibitors MUST feature a hands-on/minds-on engaging activity that communicates Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) themes.
In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Festival, Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless St. Lucie County and the Smithsonian Institution, its museums, bureaus, its Regents, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, liability (including judgments and settlements), damages, and expenses (including attorneys fees) for any acts or omissions of Exhibitor, its representatives, agents, employees or servants related to the Festival.
Due to the generosity of Festival sponsors and the success of fundraising events, the fixed costs of each exhibit space (including, but not limited to, the tents, tables, chairs, signage, labor, etc.) are subsidized in part or in whole for all participating Exhibitors. In consideration of such costs, should Exhibitor cancel registration after 5:00pm on Friday, September 29, 2017, the following will apply: • Government and Non-profit: A $50 fee will be assessed. • For-profit education, Commercial business, Food vendor: Exhibitor fee will not be refunded.
